After the consultation we will go away and research the best solutions to fit your business and these will be written into a functional requirements document. This will specify the exact hardware plus costs, software and any monthly fees. If networking is required then this will include the equipment plus network diagrams.
After approval has been received for our recommendations we can begin the implementation phase where we provide you with all signed off equipment. Any on-site hardware will be pre-built and delivered to you for installation for minimal disruption to your business. This will include any software that you have opted to have installed.
Networking will be carried out at a mutually convenient time to ensure that there is no disruption to the day to day running of your business but will get you up and running as fast as possible.
On going support
For a monthly fee we can provide on going support should there be any issues. This gives you peace of mind that there is someone to help without you having the worry of employing an IT support person.
